I have a phone interview in 15 minutes

....it's one I thought they had already turned me down for, but they have asked for references now and for me to take assessments. Still waiting on the other job that I really want to call me for an interview. Both colliding at the same time....interesting.

eta: It was basically a screening call but I have a virtual interview on Wednesday. He did say I was very over-qualified. 🤣
