Ah, my job requires talking to people, I am an outpatient counselor. I travel to their homes. However I do office out of my own home. I have to go to our office maybe 3 times a month so very little coworker interaction. I love not being involved in office politics.

@Trenchycoat yea I don't mind talking to customers/clients since you see them briefly. But it's the soul sucking coworkers that I can't stand.

Self employment seems like it would suit you more. Start a little online shop or business with a skill or product you can do solo. Its pretty simple and only requires a few hundred investment if that. I went solo 8 years ago and my work life has never been better.

I can relate to this so much. I'm not really comfortable with interacting with people sometimes and I don't know what field you're in but customer service jobs are the worst but we need money to survive 😕
