I Need a New Job

I feel like my skillset or my passions are not really communicable. I search for the individual in each and every person working in a place. I seek to maximise those little touches people give, and make them work for the company somehow. Bringing a team together you could say.

But I don't know what problem I want to solve most in the world. So I find it very hard to use that passion to the fullest and be driven to succeed in a CV.

Bleh.

Have you considered working for a non-profit charitable organization of some sort where it is about a cause you believe in? I would think that team building skills would be especially valued in an organization that has lots of volunteers or clients who need to be made feel part of the team fast to work toward the common cause, no?

Thanks Joanna, yes I have thought about it actually but, right now I need to earn money to marry my OH and put down a deposit on a house. Unfortunately the training and work in doing towards that are taking all my time and energy for the moment. But yes I would love to do that someday. Fighting the morons who think palm oil is more valuable than the Amazon, or paper more valuable than the wetlands of south Africa. Or a new system of trade, or a world without Borders. The list goes on. ..
