Try higher protien meals. Or just eat more, if you're not eating enough. Calorie counting is ideal, imo. With an app like Livestrong's MyPlate or MyFitnessPal.
Chia seeds are really good for long-term satiation, too. And other sorts of foods which absorb a lot of water.

@CheerfullyCurious Mhm. Goes well with greek yogurt, overnight oats, with some fruit and granola.
