Insatiable. And it is not only cravings - i have cramps so hungry am I.

Try higher protien meals. Or just eat more, if you're not eating enough. Calorie counting is ideal, imo. With an app like Livestrong's MyPlate or MyFitnessPal.

Chia seeds are really good for long-term satiation, too. And other sorts of foods which absorb a lot of water.

You could have something blocking your body from absorbing nutrition. I was gluten intolerant and I ate and ate. I gained weight and was still so hungry. I got on the keto diet and it fixed me.
