Should I tear down the fence,

Poll - Total Votes: 3
Tear down the fence so neighbor will have to buy another one.
Leave the fence up, hoping it won't fall in on my car.
Keep spending my whole paycheck buying more boards for the fence each week.

There's a fence at my driveway, separating my yard from my neighbors. It's my fence.
He has a large dog that keeps jumping on it, and the fence is leaning into my driveway, about to fall in.
I spent a lot of money I didn't need to spend buying boards, and my roommate nailed it back up for me, but a week later, his dog has jumped on it, knocking it halfway down again.
I was thinking about removing the fence altogether, so that way, he would have to buy a fence himself if he wanted one up. We do both have dogs. Not sure of any zoning laws in my city yet.
What would you do?

The dog next door ate our fence little by little and the neighbor is a jerk. We told him he had to replace it and it would be nice to do it civilly. Guess he got the hint and he gave us the money.

@Keepitsimple Ass should have done something about it from the beginning.

We are thinking of moving but because the neighborhood is declining. The “man” next door has his mom cut his grass, take out his garbage and clean his house...she lives 4 houses away. No wonder he’s single. Last night my other neighbor was drunk with his workers in his garage and a fight broke out right outside my bedroom window. The new neighbors have yet to cut their grass which is about 2 ft high. My house is too big for us now anyway. It’s time to move on. @Coldplay

@Keepitsimple Wow....that sucks. Any "man" who considers having his mother mow his yard is gutless. Does sound like a good time to move my friend.

@Coldplay he’s in his 30’s...isn’t it weird?
Coldplay · 61-69, M
@Keepitsimple yes it's weird, but becoming more commonplace, unfortunately.

@Coldplay He won’t ever get married at this point 😂

@Keepitsimple no good woman would put up with that. I'm old school.

@Keepitsimple wow, you got lucky!
