I Have Lost Who I Am

What do you do when you feel like this? I am permenantly exhausted, don't do my hobbies anymore and I spend most of my day feeling numb and as if I don't have a purpose in life.

Nobody seems to understand and it's so lonely.

The oldtimers feel threatened by the new people. They do what ever they can to make the new people quit because they are afraid the new people will cause them to get fired.

Do a good job and do what ever your managers ask, and do not care what the other people say.

I am trying so so hard but It is difficult to fight against it when I am not feeling confident in myself. But I do understand your point.
I feel like new people should be encouraged to stay as much as possible

If you do not feel confident, then you need to keep trying. Listen to what the managers tell you.

Ask the managers how you are doing. THey are the ones that will determine if you are staying or getting fired.

SOme employees will help you. THis advice is very helpful, but you need to be able to know if it is advice or a poison to get you fired.

You should be able to tell if the person is trying to help you or not.

If you want to keep this job, keep good communication with the managers and work as hard as you can.
