I Miss My Grandparents
People said I should write this. Well, now it happens.
My grandpa lived in a flat. With my grandma. He spent his whole life there, as far as I knew when I was little. He was in a wheelchair. And there was no lift. Sometimes he scared us, something went wrong and my grandma would have to call people to lift him downstairs and get him to hospital. But generally he was ok.PrHe ate mashed up food and he worked so hard making amazing things for the flat. Like wire strings for the door handles, and knife and tool boards for cupboards, and kites. The kites he made. Sometimes he made simple ones, and even let us suggest designs for him to make. We used to fly them in the park with grandma and it would bring him great pleasure to watch is from his balcony. He actually worked .. Tbc
