I Love to Excercise

But not in the Gym. I prefer to be out in the open alongside nature. Some photos taken on the bike trail today. What a gorgeous day here in the UK.

@pennynoodles oh la la, thats an electric bike xx

I managed 18.3 miles on it today. I love it!

@pennynoodles I'm so for electric bikes although I've never ridden one.ive researched them to death. I used to do a 30 mile round commute to work on the bike and over 5 days it was too much, lots of hills. If I still did that commute I would get one tomorrow.

Im not sure what Carrera you have but if you find the battery sone times cuts out on the power tgeres a fix I read about.

ENJOY your bike. Some say they are cheating. You still get cardio and tgey can encourage you to explore. Theyre very green as well.

Very proud of you, well done xx

You don't have to have the power on and honestly I wasn't sure until I rode it today. You can ride it as a bike on some bits and then have various different levels. Although I don't generally have trouble with my knee joints, every time I cycled somewhere with inclines, my knees would be bad for days afterwards. It means that instead of not wanting to cycling for fear of doing some damage, i will now be happy to go out. It certainly beats sitting on a sofa and I could definitely feel it on my thighs. I can't wait for summer now. @Ironicman

@pennynoodles you can always get a rear carrier for the VW camper and take the bike with you. There are beautiful cycle paths in Scotland around lochs.

We don't actually own a VW camper but do have a VW Transporter van. We have a caravan that we bought this year so use the van to tow it. It's very convenient as we can throw the bikes in the back of it and take off anywhere for the day. @Ironicman We might be able to hire a camper with racks on it though.
