I Hate Guys Who Hit Women
Never Again... When I was 13 I got mixed up with a very depraved young man, though he seemed harmless at the time. He was funny and charming and friendly - and I was naive enough to fall for it. I've always disapproved of guys who hit women, he made me despise them.
The first time he tried to hit me, my eldest sister(16) stepped in - he broke her arm. Afterwards he was very apologetic and swore that it was an accident. We believed him. So we lied about how she broke her arm. When my stepsister(15) accused him, he strangled her. We escaped only with blind luck.
I tried to run him off after that, but failed. He was pathetic and crying, banging his head open against my closet door. So I took pity on him, he was clearly a very broken man. Biggest mistake of my life. He went on to throw me out of a moving vehicle; which broke four of my ribs. And that doesn't even scratch the surface of the damage he did to my family as a whole.
That's when I decided never again. That's when I decided to fight back. You should stand your ground, even if you can't. You don't need fists to fight, nor to protect yourself. When there's a will there's a way. If you don't fight back you might just be trapped in that life forever.
