I Am Mental

I cut my arms while drinking because i think my boyfreind likes a woman at his work. I am really distressed. I have so many problems. I just want to hurt myself.

Please don't do that. Ur not mental. I've self harmed by burning myself in the past. Have u ever heard of EMDR?

@Bonnie Good. Eye movement desensitisation therapy. I was having it up until this outbreak and although I was very sceptical about it it has helped.
