I Am a Writer

I'm starting to feel resentful about my writing. I've queried 37 agents... 19 of them sent me rejection letters. The others couldn't be arsed.

No one has even requested my manuscript (to those who don't know... if an agent likes your query and the sample chapters, they'll request the full manuscript... which they will either agree to agent, or pass on it).

No agent has wanted to read the manuscript.

It hasn't gotten from first base yet...

I'm getting really fed up and miffed. They've either passed just from reading the query and reading the sample chapters, or don't even bother to respond (and please don't say, "They're too busy," yeah I know they are, but I'm still annoyed).

I know I'm a shit writer, I know I have little talent, but my manuscript deserves to be read. 😡

I want to print out my manuscript just to tear it up.
