I Wanna Get Fit

I’ve been putting on a fair bit of weight over the last few months. My jeans are getting harder to button and the buttons on my nice shirts are starting to strain. Also have high blood pressure. Has anyone ever tried anything like p90x? If so did it work?
I wanted to try it but didn’t. I did the 10 minute trainer and liked that. I think with your high blood pressure, though, you’ll want to focus on your diet.

I had a friend try it and she loved it. She’s also cut carbs, soda and made some small changes in portions. Best of luck!

Weight training won't really help u. U need cardio training
