I Remember Rotary Dial Telephones

Have you noticed how people still sometimes say they will just dial the number. When the hell did we last DIAL anything?

We have one still. It works but we dont use it. Its one of those old standing ones

I had a phone with a rotary dial for my apartment in the early 1980s (they were less expensive than the newer touch tone models).

I can remember when those and when we had to only dial 5 numbers. The rotary princess phone of my youth was adorable.
