I Had Knee Surgery

I just had my second knee surgery yesterday. This time it was my right knee.

Between October to January, I've had 2 knee surgeries. Basically the same thing. They cleaned it out; a loose piece of meniscus, and an mcl ligament that was torn in the back of the leg.

Well when I came out, I wasn't in as much pain the first time around. I had the shakes longer this time. And my kidz aren't as nice to me this time lol. but everytime I say owie, my kidz kiss my knee and leg. Its kinda cute.

I'm taking it easy. This time around I was able to eat a meal days before the last time. I'm not as groggy. I know the knees are gonna take time. Even after I quit limping, I'm gonna need some major quad development to protect my knees.

I want to get a stationary bike to ride 2-3x a week. and in the future, A spin bike when my quads are stronger.

Anways, I can't wait to get better.

You are young to have knee surgery , especially two knees , I thought it was more like my age , 60s but were you atheletic? Like skiing , Anyway I wish you all the best , please let me know how it goes

it could be that I'm overweight, and didn't know that the exercises I was doing, were best avoided for people overweight.
