Cause why not. They pay me enough to play around anyways. My job is too damn laxed.
Couple days ago a customer was trying to give me guff cause I was wearing my mask on my own accord. He was telling me how the COVID restrictions were lifted and I told him that was all good and well but I feel comfortable wearing my mask. He kept on. Until I got fed up and told him to just take his food and go. He then threatened to tell my manager which I then laughed and told him “”Ok I’ll come with you to the front of the store so you can make a formal complaint. We’ll do it together.” I honestly dgaf. He never came into the store instead he just complained to my manager by the drive-thru window about my “attitude “ but didn’t take into consideration of his actions to give me said attitude, weird. I didn’t get disciplined either cause my manager said the guy was just a knobhead 😂😂
Funny thing is I’m always friendly in the drive-thru. I’ll make them laugh, compliment something I like, and just make small talk to make their day. I even get tips. But If I’m challenged I won’t back down. @latinbutterfly
I would be more concerned if the people doing the line didn’t wash their hands while they handled my food but to complain about a mask is really lame. Hahah thanks 🙂 @Elegy
