Losing weight was extremely challenging since I love food so much and I was afraid of hunger pains. I went on a diet that worked before, but I only lost a bit of weight then stopped losing. I prayed to God to help guide me and give me the will power. I went on a very strict low calorie food plan. Visualization of how my body was going to look and feel kept me going. Thinking of all the negative comments kept me going because I wanted to prove everybody wrong that said I couldn't do it. I created my own food plan, I measure everything. I eat high protein, low carb, lots of veggies, minimal sugar (only fruit sugar) drink lots of water. Constantly moving my body, exercising.
