I Like Books

I lent out a book to a colleague ages ago and never asked for it back. I was in no hurry for it to be returned. I’m transferring and moving to a new office out of state and I realized as I packed up my office that she still has the book. “Oh, don’t forget to ask her for it.” I thought to myself. Until I realized she’s in Asia for the next two months. Rats. Guess I’ll catch her next time I visit the old office.
