I’ve spent the last few days at the hospital

I don’t want to go into detail as to why but here I am hoping not to go to the psyche ward

Fingers crossed that you get better without having to go to the psych ward.

Have you got help and support? Have you got people around who can help you? I really hope things get better for you and you dont have to have a hospital stay.
