I Have Schizoaffective Disorder

I have this. So I may say strange things sometimes. Or post odd questions. One time I was on SW and I thought people were talking to me in my head instead of via comments on posts. It was weird.

One time when I was feeling paranoid, which is a delusion, I felt like every question and every story being posted was about me and people were revealing intimate details about me and I felt so embarrassed.

I am sorry,but it's good to know,we don't always mean to judge,but humans are dumb at times, knowing lets us be compassionate.
Many who suffer from mental illness are silent.
Brave people,like you,make it easier for the rest of us to admit to our own stuff.
My anxiety boarders on the delusional, sometimes, and I convince myselt the worst case scenario will happen.
