I take one 100mg tablet of Clozapine and it’s like eating 1500 calories! Each day on top of my diet and exercise I gain 1-3 lbs every few weeks! How do I stop gaining weight?

At 1500 calories. That alone is hard for most people. just try to keep a sound mind and not stress your illness. You had a long road so far don't lose track of whats most important. Remember this beast is ugly and mean to us. Wish you the best.
