I Have Schizoaffective Disorder

I take one 100mg tablet of Clozapine and it’s like eating 1500 calories! Each day on top of my diet and exercise I gain 1-3 lbs every few weeks! How do I stop gaining weight?

I lost weight on that but Dr said too dangerous to stay on long term.
