I Have Schizoaffective Disorder

I take one 100mg tablet of Clozapine and it’s like eating 1500 calories! Each day on top of my diet and exercise I gain 1-3 lbs every few weeks! How do I stop gaining weight?

IDK but the same thing happens with Depakote and Seroquel. They both make you crave carbs at night and you know what happens then right... weight.

Unfortunately weight gain is a common side effect of all the psychotropic meds.
