I Avoid Negative People
How often are you surrounded by toxic people? Negative people can be very draining. Want a piece of advice? Break up with them.
I have a colleague of mine, who does nothing but complain. First time I listened to her with my ears, and tried to advice her the best I could. Satisfied? Not! Instead of being considerate, she blamed me for her own decisions with what happens in her personal life. Second time I listened to her, but this time not with my ears. I have kept everything strictly professional between us.
Something I learnt? Good to help people, don't keep any expectations, set boundaries, and if they still treat you like dirt, ignore and walk away.
