I Have a Funny Story to Share
My sister and I are visiting Madrid and yesterday we went to the Museo del Prado, which was a wonderful experience. We didn't know there was a special exhibition in there but we went in, like we did when we went to the V&A in London.
Afterwards we had to try find as launderette so we could do our washing and rinse through the few clothes we are carrying with us in truth. We had to go some distance from our hotel (although last night we learnt our hotel, which is 4⭐, offers a laundry service) carrying as much as we could in a bin bag!
We got there and with a little help found our way around the instructions so as to be able to launder the majority of our clothes. We especially enjoyed putting our lingerie in as we literally had none to wear to go to the Prado (in mini skirts and hoodies, the both of us!).
The woman who runs the launderette added she can press our clothes if we would want them done, at an extra cost overnight! We jumped at the suggestion. This morning (Thursday) we are about to go back and collect our things. We literally don't have anything more to wear!
