I Hate Stupid People Who Are Proud of Being Stupid
A conversation between me and a coworker in the lunchroom with a few other people...
Me: Remember when we were in grade school and the teachers would come up with weird ways for us to remember things like how to spell Mississippi?
Coworker: What do you mean?
Me: Like M-I -Crooked letter Crooked letter-I - Crooked letter crooked letter - I - Hump back comp back- I
Coworker: Well, that's silly did they mean the spelling of the State or the river?
Me: Your stupid
HUSH OF THE LUNCH ROOM
Coworker: -Laughs- Yeah, well, but momma didn't raise no fool.
Me: I apologize for calling you stupid, you just caught me off guard. Were you really serious about the spelling?
Coworker: Well, yeah, I mean the State is MI, the river is Mississippi.
AGAIN HUS OF THE LUNCH ROOM
Me: Nope, my first assessment was correct your stupid. I see where you were trying to go with this and even that isn't correct. MI is Michigan. MS is Mississippi.
EVERYONE IN THE LUNCH ROOM EXPLODES IN LAUGHTER INCLUDING THE COWORKER
