I've Been Thinking

I never thought I'd be 24 still living at my parents house. I never thought that I wouldn't be able to start college like I had planned at 17 due to financial problems. I never thought I'd be in college at 24. I never thought all of my "friends" would abandon me. I never thought this would be my life.

But you're in college now and moving forward in life. You will finish and start your career in time. Don't sweat the numbers. 😌

Thank you, feels like I'm moving in slow motion and am not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Wanted to be done by 25 but I'll be 26 instead.

@iamnikki: Typical? What is typical? We each walk our own path. Your path is unique to you and it shapes who you are and who you are becoming. My path does those things for me. If we all walked the same path, we'd all end up the same person and that would make life awfully boring.

@iamnikki: Okay so I keep a pretty small circle irl also. I think most of us here on EP/SW are introverts to some degree. It's sorta why we're here, right? But we have to get out in the real world too.

Lol, of course I say all this and I hardly go out myself and haven't had a decent relationship in a year and a half.
