There are periods where I come here and I dont even want to look in my inbox let alone answer a friend鈥檚 message. It takes great effort to do so. I reply if and when I please. It doesnt mean I have a problem with you as a person. Don鈥檛 be that friend who complains about being left on read. Deal with it 馃槕

Kudos to you if you can do that. And if you are upfront about it, hope your friends understand.
Personally I have to respond as soon as I see something from a friend. Even if it's dropping something short. It makes me uneasy until I address it.

@SW-User I only address a message immediately amidst a chore or what not if its an urgent message from a close friend.

@SW-User you know, I can't even bear to see any orange bubbles at the top of the page. I have to address it immediately. That's just how I am wired. Works great for work.
