I Am Me, Just Me

There are periods where I come here and I dont even want to look in my inbox let alone answer a friend’s message. It takes great effort to do so. I reply if and when I please. It doesnt mean I have a problem with you as a person. Don’t be that friend who complains about being left on read. Deal with it 😑

I know.. it's funny because when you are social you exhibit so much energy and positivity that's it's hard for people to grasp that when you don't have anything to give how hard it is, and it's easy to misinterpret you as being indifferent or cold.. when in reality you are simply empty.. like that art.. there is just no way to communicate what you feel and no way to be there for someone else when you can't even be there for yourself.

Kudos to you if you can do that. And if you are upfront about it, hope your friends understand.
Personally I have to respond as soon as I see something from a friend. Even if it's dropping something short. It makes me uneasy until I address it.

So its selfish that I ignore my issues just to put aside time to pacify a stranger’s message with a reply ? Some people cant keep a conversation when they are dealing with a shitload of problems. 😑@monimathu
