Nope. When I was working I was one of those uptight people who jumped out of bed the moment the alarm went off. I usually got up THREE hours earlier than necessary because it takes me such a long time to wake up.
NOW...when I don't have to be anywhere on most days, I go back to bed for about a half hour after I first wake up...and lie there wondering if I can drift back to sleep. (Usually not).

@4meAndyou I get up to make coffee but usually after hearing birds sing. This morning it was a robin sitting in a tree singing because it had started to rain and that makes robins happy. I want to get up earlier this summer and may set an alarm, me & the boy want to go for a walk before breakfast while it’s still cool.
