In late October and November of 2019, China began buying up the PPE all over the world. They kept very quiet about it. They kept enough for themselves. Later, they sold it back to us for a huge profit. They knew at that point that the virus was out of the bag in Wuhan.
All indications are that the virus began to be spread in November, and the Chinese concealed it and lied about it. At any time in 2019, China could have stopped travel all over the world FROM China, but they did not. So this was quite deliberate.
In early January, Tedros, head of the W.H.O. and puppet of China, was lying through his a$$ to Fauci and all the nations of the world. Told Fauci that the virus was not transmissible through the air from human to human. The USA wanted entrance to Wuhan to study the records at the Wuhan biolabs, but they were denied entrance. Then the biolab at Wuhan systematically destroyed ALL of their records.
We had no idea at that time whether or not this was a bioweapon experiment gone wrong and we knew NOTHING about the virus thanks to the destruction of all records at Wuhan.
Anthony Fauci announced during one news conference I saw, that Tedros, the Chinese puppet, was a friend of his.

Both sides dropped the ball. Trump had travel bans, but then says wearing a mask is for the politically incorrect and hosts super spreader rallies; a general anti science sentiment which essentially undoes his initial early actions.
Then the 'left' had protests which complicates covid containment and those riots and looting only served to hurt already strained businesses.

@cupidnpsyche yeah, I feel like that's the case with virtually every country. Many leaders were upset with the US banning them, but then they got swamped with the virus and began to close their borders. Too late all around.
