If I were to open a themed restaurant I would model it after a concentration camp. Only thing on the menu would be water. Waiters in Nazi uniforms would stamp customers with numbers as they came in. The busboys would be emaciated and dressed in rags. They would be required to beg patrons for scraps.

The building itself would be gray, bars on Windows wrapped in barbed wire. There would be booth options modeled after authentic boxcars used to transport the jews. Puffs of smoke would be emitted into the room randomly to give it a gas chamber feel.
