I Feel Like I'm Losing My Mind

I can’t get it out of my head, him with her..... what happened the full details because I feel he didn’t fully tell me it all. I can’t move on, I love him I want to be with him but idk how to move on. How to remove this from my memory, how to feel sane.
I can’t sleep; I have nightmares.. I wake up depressed, go to sleep depressed. I want to feel numb every second because this pain is unbearable, these images are unforgivable.

@helenS I want the full thing, from the second he picked her up and chose her rather than me. Not a single conversation left out, because I was discussed. But he fails to tell me it all, because I’m sure he was trash talking me to get in her pants.

I can relate I went through that pain for a 1 year and a half , exactly what you descibed .
A lot more stuff happened in my life after that and do you know what I learned through all of that 'love yourself' , cause your with you at the end of the day that includes pain and regrets in all
