I Have a Question

what does it mean when you have an mri and its been two wks and noone has contacted you about it, not a phone call, letter, nothing, so why? they take forever to call back so i havent bothered, do i need to make an appt with them to find out?

It's actually good if you don't hear anything within 48 hours but I have to say that it is very umprofessional to make you wait for results
