I Have a Question

How do you get sleep on a plane if youre traveling overnight? Irn traveling to south arnerica to see relatives with siblings, i was born there, i cant take sleeping pills cause irn taking benadryl cause of allergies, i could probably take rnelatonin, anything else i can do? rny brothers got the tickets so i dont have a choice on that. irn a light sleeper so anything will keep rne up, any suggestions? i want to have fun there and not be there just to go days without sleep.

I, myself, have a problem with that.... I am also a light sleeper and any shake of the plane, or loud voices can wake me up....

Don't drink coffe... drink tea... and ask your doctor or apharmisist if they can provide you with a sedative or tranquilizer that does not interact with you allergy pills...

@Soossie one doctor on healthtap told rne to take two allergy pills and another one said what you said about not drinking coffee, i rnight skip that the whole tirne so i sleep nights

Yes... also two (anti histamine) allergy pills can help if that is your doctor has said because anti histamine are kind of sedative too.... @pearllederman
