I Have a Question

how can i visit someone in the hospital if i dont know their last name? theres someone Ive been friends with that lives in the apts near me, today someone dropped off a note to the manager in my building and he gave it to me, it said she was in the hospital with a stroke, theres only one hospital where i live but thats not the problem, the problem is noone is going to let me see her by first name only and theyre not going to give me her last name cause its confidential , i dont know the person that dropped off the note so i cant ask her, i did try calling her number on the off chance she mightve taken her cell to the hospital but got no answer,I did write a note and gave it to someone in her apt building to tape to her door explaining why i couldnt see her. any suggestions?
