I Have Ptsd

I have a quote that I found which fits PTSD for me and I was wondering if others can equally relate to it:

I think I get that. You see the meaning in someone's face before they open their mouth. And then when their words don't match their expression, it feels like a betrayal.

@ReflectionsWithoutReservations I didn't get it that bad. I've had PTSD. I never got any help for it.

I think that if I hadn't gotten help - I probably would have committed suicide. Hell, even with help that didn't stop me from trying.

@ReflectionsWithoutReservations I know. It doesn't go away. You just have to live through it. Live or die: those are the choices. Maintain discipline, and keep it moving.
