Time to gut his room and take everything away.
Looks like someone needs a ton of work to pay for damages and learn a lesson in discipline. I would have her so busy with chores she wouldn't have time for anything but eating and sleeping.
SuperA · 70-79, F
@RemovedUsername634280 Let social services take her if you must, but please don't choose someone to take over. You're not in the right mindset to be able to choose wisely.
She may need a break from you as well. You sound so overwhelmed. She can sense that and plays off of it. You already stated you raised an older sibling with autism. Maybe you just can't handle it anymore and she is acting the way she does because she knows this.
@RemovedUsername634280 2 with autism is a very big challenge 😣
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@SomeMichGuy near impossible
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
I'm not looking for sympathy. I just need to talk about this with someone anyone. And be honest about how I'm feeling
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@LuciaRose I've been telling them for over 2 years I need a break otherwise I am.going to give up and they said I'm. Not entitled to respite. If I had had a break.then maybe I would have not been pushed to breaking point. But I didn't it was just work.and this and now I'm exhausted with still no help.in sight
LuciaRose · 36-40, F
@RemovedUsername634280 have you got any friends/ family..
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@LuciaRose not that would help. I'm still torn. A part of me doesn't want to give up and wants to get a caravan and just move away lots of space where they can both run and scream. And then there is the tired part
woodshedboy · 46-50, M
a paddle would help right now

How on earth
wackidywack · 26-30
@RemovedUsername634280 why does she do that ??
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@wackidywack she gets angry over the slightest thing. This door was because her brother didn't get out of her way quick enough and she got angry. My glassware got smashed because I told her she's grounded

I would take her to the doctor and see if she can be prescribed stronger medicine or find anything that works to calm her. You have to work and provide. You can’t do that until she’s regulated a bit better. I’m sorry you’re going through this but hopefully you’ll find something that works.
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
Dang. Oh well, cheap door so you can get it replaced pretty easy.
Just get the dimensions etc. At least it isn't solid wood.
UserNameSW · 46-50, M
I know an eleven year ld that will be learning how to repair a door 🤔
SW-User
There has to be a reason for it .-.
What's on her mind? If you can solve THAT issue, none of this will happen again :v
SW-User
@RemovedUsername634280 then forgive her. It is not her fault and know that if she could do better, she would, but she can't make you proud because she has no ability to. So have patience :)
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@SW-User I've done 17 years raising my autistic son and now this. My patience has gone and so has the love
SuperA · 70-79, F
@RemovedUsername634280 Is your daughter receiving any type of therapy? I have minor relatives who are autistic. Things do get better if you get the help that is needed My nephew could not be controlled as a child, but both parents and he went to therapy. He's now a teen nd doing very well in school.

Austistic children and adults don't know how to pick up on social cues, they have no fear many times, so they get frustrated. Look for a support group in your area or contact an agency who help with that sort of things. Many times you can find assistance through the school's social worker.
dumpstermeow · 41-45, F
It's just a door. 🤷🏼
dumpstermeow · 41-45, F
@soulsrespite I have vast knowledge in not letting children be born. 🤷🏼
👏👏👏👏👏 congratulations. (: @dumpstermeow
dumpstermeow · 41-45, F
@soulsrespite thank you. 😊
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F

SW-User

They punched the wall?
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@SW-User she basically ripped the door in two.

deadgerbil · 26-30, M
unacceptable
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
She also calls me every name under the sun and refuses to do anything in the house. I told her I lost my job because of her behaviour and she shouted at me YOU LOST YOUR JOB BECAUSE YOUR LAZY
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
Why was she able to even start talking to you like that?@RemovedUsername634280
dumpstermeow · 41-45, F
@RemovedUsername634280 I have no sympathy for you, you chose to reproduce, deal with it.
@dumpstermeow That is a reply unworthy of other than a sociopathic human.

No parent would choose autism, congenital defects, etc., on purpose.
Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
Um.... yeah.... military school is flashing in my head for the little shit at that juncture
Wol62 · 51-55, M
That's awful are you going to sue his parents?
Well, shit. have it fixed? You’ll probably pay less for that than telling the landlord about it.
You are. Do you have any idea why she’s really doing it? @RemovedUsername634280
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@soulsrespite autism.and my son has it too. Between them one day we'll burn to death in this flat, because one of them will have set then place on fire
Oh, I didn’t know. You are strong. You’ve helped them grow to this age. (: @RemovedUsername634280
WHAT?! WTF?!

I am so sorry...does he have anger issues, etc.?

OK, I read more and see that you have 2 autistic kids...that is sooo very hard. I do not envy you.

Tan that hide.
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@MethDozer I really wish I could. I've developed a twitch from all the rage I have to keep inside
MethDozer · M
@RemovedUsername634280 May be the situation is beyond your ability?
RemovedUsername634280 · 41-45, F
@MethDozer it is totally. I'm not a mental.health expert or a trained therapist. I'm just a mom who had some kids and was raising them just like anyone else. I don't have a clue or the patience anymore for this. It's totally beyond me.
