I Can't Remember the Last Time I Slept Well

Can’t sleep...
This used to be my favorite and now it’s my dreaded time of every night ..,
Everyone is asleep and I can’t do anything to quiet the worries and cries inside my head..
SW is only making me remeber more. leaving me even more broken. Yet, it’s the only place my broken heart ends up every time ..

It's my mantra that most people who are on here a lot have got issues of some kind or other. I hope you can do what you gotta do for yourself and your offspring. Easier said than done, I know. Hang in there.

Yes, most of us here and in better words almost every one has their own issues that they are struggling with .
