I Can't Remember the Last Time I Slept Well

Can’t sleep...
This used to be my favorite and now it’s my dreaded time of every night ..,
Everyone is asleep and I can’t do anything to quiet the worries and cries inside my head..
SW is only making me remeber more. leaving me even more broken. Yet, it’s the only place my broken heart ends up every time ..

I went thru phases of not sleeping well -- often waking up dreading things. I know that feeling. Then, somehow, I can to prize the times I did, those 2am or 3am hour-long wakes, like an extra mini day except with every else asleep. Good luck I know it sucks.
