Please help me, I've screwed up so bad and I'm really struggling

I recently lost my entire life savings to a scam, my house deposit is gone, I have nearly nothing left. I screwed up so so so bad. I'm such a mess, has anyone else ever felt hopeless or done something really dumb like this before? I need some support and wisdom :(

Start with the police, they are your best advisors.
Lean on a friend/family for support.

All the best 💛🤗. Having prayer for you now 🙏

Thank you so much! I will check all this out <3
@SethGreene531
@heyitsemma You're very welcome. Hope it helps. A fraud litigation law firm might also be able to answer any preliminary questions.

All the best.💛

Awww, I’m sorry sweetie. If it makes you feel any better, my entire world fell apart and I had NOTHING! I take that back. I had my clothes and a bedroom set 😂 I had to start from scratch at 25, living back in my dad’s basement. Ugh. It was depressing as heck and a rough road. Here I am at 34 living the dream though! I’ve got everything and more than I ever hoped for! So don’t give up! Just hang in there, set goals and aim for how you will achieve those goals. Just as quickly as you can lose everything, you can gain just as much! We just have to be patient though and never give up. Good luck girl!

@heyitsemma Absolutely! For a while, friends and the beauty of nature were what got me through it all. We all make mistakes. Sometimes, even when you do the right thing you can still get burned. So don’t feel ashamed. Just make sure you learn and move forward wiser and better :) You’ve got this!

Thank you so so much it means a lot❤️

Yes. I managed to lose my life savings by making a really bad, really stupid, purchase right after I retired from my job. This caused a LOT of trouble and stress in my life to the point where I became seriously ill for several miserable years. I am still struggling to fully regain my health now. I have been quite angry and disgusted at my bad decision, but I have figured out that being angry at myself won't fix anything so I am cooling down about it. You have all my empathy.

Thank you for your story <3 Im grateful that I can learn from it, Im trying to keep my head up!

Sounds like you would benefit from the work of Dr Joe Dispenza, he has a series on Gaia. But I'm sure you can find some info on YouTube. Also, how to heal your life book by Luise Hay. Good luck <3

@heyitsemma Hang in there. I wish you the best.

I'm so incredibly sorry. Did you report the dipshit?
assemblingaknob · 26-30, F
Yes my dad also fell for a scam orchestrated by his siblings and lost his savings. It happens to people a lot. You just adapt to it in time and start building again.
assemblingaknob · 26-30, F
@SW-User this was a couple decades ago. He's alright now. :)
SW-User
@assemblingaknob Excellent. What of his relationship with siblings?
assemblingaknob · 26-30, F
@SW-User He distanced himself from them, but never cut them off completely. In time he forgave them.

i have done really dumb things hang in thee in time you will laugh about it
sorry to hear that.
Heartlander · 80-89, M
OUCH!!

It's like if someone physically assaulted you. Step one is to stop the bleeding. Easier said than done, because it's easy to fall further down that rathole when you are stunned and only feel like licking your wounds.
Flowers90 · 26-30, F
Yeah I literally just looked at my bank account and I have $6 to my name until next Friday. 🙃
heyitsemma · 26-30, F
rip, not a good feeling @Flowers90
olderuncle944 · 70-79, M
can you tell me more about this scam what happened so others can be warned
heyitsemma · 26-30, F
@olderuncle944
It’s actually a huge scam, I’ve since found warnings from countries all over the world. ICAV services from Ireland.. it’s a massive operation. Crazy how much effort they have put into it
olderuncle944 · 70-79, M

heyitsemma · 26-30, F
olderuncle944 · 70-79, M
@heyitsemma ouch im careful with stocks and i don't get involved with get rich schemes ,you can make money on stocks but you have to understand how its done and what to look for bigest think is research
i feel very sad for you 😔 huggs

Montanaman · M
I know exactly what you're going through. 😔😔🤗🤗
travelguy01 · 41-45, M
Did you call the police and report them for theft/fraud?
heyitsemma · 26-30, F
not yet but I'm going to @travelguy01
Montanaman · M
@heyitsemma usually nothing done. Fuckers always seem to get away with it.
@heyitsemma get an accounting in paper of what was stolen, if there was creditcard involvement cancel the charges now, call your bank and tell them what happened and they will support you, and make sure the attorney general is informed... a personal attorney or public defense organization can help but get moving now!!
BigGuy2 · 26-30, M
Sorry to hear, a shoulder to cry on i can give, useful advice to help you i can't

🤔 ... i can provide the hangmans noose, free of charge, when the person is found/prosecuted
BigGuy2 · 26-30, M
@BigGuy2 cheers Montana
