I Hmmmm

Why didn't the genie make Aladdin a real prince? Like, he made Jafar a real sultan and even made him into a powerful sorcerer. The genie said that his magic was a facade but if that was the case, then none of Jafar's wishes would've REALLY come true. Maybe it was the wording?
