I feel like I've wasted my time being single and reclusive yet the town I live in sucks and only enables me to feel reclusive by choice .

I understand. I have felt like that too sometimes. It's okay though because now you can see what works for you. I hope feel better though. I think you're quite accomplished and you're doing better than most.☺️
