I Have Dermatillomania

Anybody active in this group? Please let me know if someone needs a support buddy/someone to talk to about it. I have suffered with this for many years; I have had periods of time where it got better, and periods of time where it got worse. I would love someone to talk to about it.

I need your help. I have been picking my nose for the past two months. Now it is all red and I need to cover it before I leave the house which causes more problems because my skin dries due to the makeup. I cannot stop. I watch 4he blackheads and I imagine how it would feel to pop them. I need help. Please tell me some ways to fight it
