I Have Dermatillomania

Anybody active in this group? Please let me know if someone needs a support buddy/someone to talk to about it. I have suffered with this for many years; I have had periods of time where it got better, and periods of time where it got worse. I would love someone to talk to about it.

Luckily i have not touched my skin in 2 weeks. Its getting better. But still scarred.
