I Dont Like Seeing People Being Left Out

When I was in middle school our PE teacher had this drill that we run around the gym and when he called out a number that's the size of a group we had to form as fast as possible. Looking back I think it was cruel because of course friends always got in groups with other friends but what about if you had no friends? Me and my best friend at that time always included this one boy who everyone made fun of. I don't know why we did. It seemed like the right thing to do. I'm glad we did though.

Thank you so much! I've learned lots about life from my kid!! He was friendly with a boy with autism in his class. A bigger kid started to pick on him & my boy said "why would you pick on him instead of someone your size? By the way, do they sell guy's clothes where you got your shirt?" His teacher told me that lol

Right on!!! Good for him!! My son has always been my anchor in the wind. You and I are blessed to have the privilege of mothering and mentoring our sons.

:) I agree! I just had a refresher chat with him about being kind and respectful to others. Our children have no idea how much we learn from them!

Everyone thinks they're a good person but that really was a good thing for you to do, if someone is a social outcast it's the norm for everyone else to follow suit & alienate that person too, that's how most people work.
