I Have Urges To Cut Myself Again

I thought I never would cut again the thought of it disgusted me. I've been cutting myself when I get drunk which is a lot of the time but I've been through a lot recently and my soul hurts I feel like I'm not here anymore I feel insane... I dont want to scar myself anymore
