@PepsiColaP I was doing so well...then my work blew up with a big research project the last 6 months. I think there is another motivational call out needed. But...you don't need to diet, you can be our coach!

I've lost 3 pounds since we last spoke a week ago. But my weight fluctuates....😖

With the urging of @Vivaci,I guess it's time to make myself accountable although I'm joining late. At the beginning of the lockdown I was 221. Just a little while ago my weight was 230 so I'm going to strive to be under 225 by the months end.
@SageWanderer exactly...the important thing is to get a schedule in place. 👍️☺️
