I Have a Story to Tell

I work overnight shift at a popular fast food place right off the highway. Most mangers make the night fun and we all get are work done and its generally a good experance. Except for one manager. We will call her J. Now ive been working overnights for like a week and a half when i have J as my manager. I didnt really like her from day shift so i wasnt sure how it was gonna be working with her on overnights. Basically the entire night she sat in the crew room reading smut on her nook. Did do her stuff all the while critizing me for what i was doing. It was a oh you should do it this way it works easier. It was a why would you do that way thats stupid. She even made the kitchen person cry because she called her slow and stupid when it was only this girls 2nd time in the kitchen ever. I had to do her job as well as mine and i was still figuring out the best way to get my job done. We tell are General Manager who writes her up and is in the process of fireing her but needs more proof.
Now out of fear of her 4 overnighters either quitting or changing shifts she bars J from doing overnights. Untill next Tuesday, July 31st when she was the only manager avalible to work the shift. I dont work this shift thankfully. Though i am friends with the 2 that do. The plan is that there gonna call off. Me and my roommate arnt gonna answer are phones and were trying to get the normal people who would come in not to. This is to make a statement about how we feel working with a manager who thinks shes high and mighty and above the rules. We hope that this might cause things to change. We shall see wish us luck.
