When you run, you take with you, your troubled thinking. Your mind goes with you, as you think, that is as you are.
You don't need to pack it all, it flows with you. When you arrive at where you want to go, then soon it will be the same, just different buildings/roads/hills/rivers ... yet you still have the same out look on life.
